Manchester New Square comprises of three blocks situated at the heart of Manchester City Centre. The scope of works covers over 12000 square metres across over 950 punched window panels.The buildings facades are defined by three primary colours to match the aesthetics of the surrounding areas. With the upper massing of the buildings clad in a complimentary glazed tile.Due to the structural limitations of the development, Thorp are utilising next generation Ultra High Performance Concrete and Mould Technology to allow the façade to be clad in large punched panels, Whilst keeping panel weights well under 6.5 Tonnes.Manchester New Square
