“After 8 years’ service working as a production operative for Thorp  precast I initially took on a Supervisory Role to oversee the  manufacture of panels for the Aldi HQ .
After proving myself in that role I was promoted to Factory Manager in January 2017.
For  the past 12 months I have enjoyed the additional responsibility of  coordinating a close-knit team in Factory 1 and working together with  the other Factory managers and the rest of the team at Thorp. I am proud  of all the efforts made by of my team whose commitment and dedication  to maintaining high-quality standards has allowed me to enjoy my new  role and to develop my management skills and experiences.”
